Highly lustred best quality black natural freshwater pearls. Beautifully knotted and strung with an elegant silver plated heart shaped clasp showing a heart shaped diamanté. To be worn to impress.
Freshwater Pearls are cultured by the fishermen in China. They cultivate the pearls by placing small pieces of live tissue into Mussel shells where they continue to grow. Once harvested the pearls have adopted the colour of the inside of the shell they have grown in.
This necklace is 18" (46cm) long using 8mm pearls, and has a silver plated clasp which is heart shaped with a heart shaped diamante in the fitting.
