Azurite Chrysocolla Earrings
The rich, highly polished, green/blue colour of these Azurite Chrysocolla earrings. Lovingly crafted to wear on a special occassion or with a simple classic suit.
Azurite Chrysocolla is a soft, deep blue with flashes of rich malachite green. A copper mineral produced by weathering of copper ore deposits. The blue of azurite is exceptionally deep and clear, and for that reason the mineral has tended to be associated with the deep blue colour of winter skies.
These earrings have been made using 2 x 8mm round beads and 2 x 8mm rondell shaped beads. I have attached "Nickel Free" Silver plated earring posts and scrolls to comply with EU directives.
