Rich earthy brown banded opal agate necklace. Lovingly created with natural authentic gemstones. Designed to accentuate everyday wear.
Banded agate is created by nature when this chalcedony quartz forms in layers of a variety of colours and textures inside a host rock. The result of this nodular formation is what looks like the age rings of an ancient tree trunk.
Each bead has been separated using a tiny gold plated sparkle bead to lift the warm colour of these splendid oval forms.
This necklace is 19" (48cm) long and I have added a gold plated extension chain so that it can be worn longer if required.
The gold plated clasp and extension chain is "Nickel Free" to comply with EU regulations.
