Hemitite is a common mineral, silvery, shiney opaque stone that almost looks like metal. Mixed with coral to give that surperb look of quality to this stylish piece of jewellery.
Angel skin coral is taken from the Mediteranean waters these days, since the coral reef in the Pacific Ocean has been closed to regenerate.
This necklace measures 18.5" (47cm) long and I have added a silver plated "nickel free" clasp and extension chain to comply with EU directives.
